About Our Town – Bowers Beach
Bowers Beach is a quaint little town along the Muderkill River. We have a public beach where you can swim, layout, or just surf fish. We have a playground on Church Street, a Maritime Museum on Main Street, Bayview Tavern on Hubbard Ave and many more attractions.
We have tons of food in Bowers Beach! So are the options for bars for your favorite beers and cocktails. In Bowers Beach, we have a package store and JP’s on the Wharf which is a full-service restaurant offering seafood meals. They are located on Murderkill Ave, overlooking the Murderkill River.
The beautiful scenery in Bowers Beach is accompanied by friendly locals who are eager to help tourists and vacationers. The small town is an excellent venue for swimming, recreation, and fishing.
The Captain’s Lady is in Bowers Beach. Our 70 feet long Lydia boat is docked at Paskey’s wharf.
